President William Ruto has criticised ODM Secretary-General Edwin Sifuna, accusing him of shielding criminals in the name of the rule of law and acting as a “puppet” for political sponsors.
Ruto made the remarks during the launch of the Ngong-Kibiko-Kangeria Road upgrade in Kajiado, where he defended his administration’s focus on infrastructure projects, including roads, markets, housing and electricity.
The comments came after Sifuna had warned against prioritising high-profile infrastructure projects while concerns over human rights, security, jobs and the economy remain unresolved. #WilliamRuto #Kajiado
