IRAN WARNS IT COULD STRIKE FIRST
Iranian Army spokesperson Brig. Gen. Mohammad Akrami-Nia says Iran will NOT simply wait to absorb an enemy attack.
According to his statement, if Iranian intelligence determines that an enemy strike is being prepared, Iran could launch PREEMPTIVE OPERATIONS to neutralize the threat before the attack actually happens.
The warning raises the stakes even further as tensions remain high.
If Iran believes an attack is imminent, it says it may choose to strike first. #Iran
