When Rick Ross wanted to buy Evander Holyfield's old mansion, many people told him the same thing.
They said it would cost about $1 million every year just to take care of the land.
Rick Ross replied, "I'll buy my own tractor and cut the grass myself."
The mansion is huge. It has 109 rooms, a bowling alley, a movie theater, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and sits on hundreds of acres of land in Georgia.
Evander Holyfield spent more than $20 million building it. But after losing the home, it was sold at auction.
In 2014, Rick Ross bought it for $5.8 million.
Later, he bought even more land, making the property 322 acres. He renamed it "The Promise Land."
Today, the property is estimated to be worth $40 million or more.
While other people saw a home that was too expensive to maintain, Rick Ross saw a great deal and made it work.
