Two suspects believed to be part of a mobile phone hacking racket have been arrested at a shop in Tivoli Centre, Kisumu CBD.
Detectives recovered several phones, laptops, accessories and devices with their motherboards removed.
Police say the equipment was being used to dismantle stolen phones, extract and replace motherboards, and tamper with the devices.
The suspects, John Odhiambo Oluoch and Samwel George Ouma, remain in custody as investigations continue. #Kisumu
