Tharaka Nithi Governor Muthomi Njuki was on Monday elected chairperson of the Council of Governors (CoG), with Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka taking up the vice-chairperson position following a consensus agreement among county chiefs during a meeting at Mövenpick Hotel in Westlands, Nairobi.
