The Belgian is NOT allowed to discuss tactics or line-ups with his assistant coaches.
This means even if Kompany starts talking about football during phone calls, his coaches will not respond.
This is a clear instruction from Bayern sporting director Christoph Freund and director of sports Max Eberl.
