🚨 UNCONFIRMED REPORTS CLAIM KIM JONG-UN IS IN A COMA

Wild rumours circulating on social media claim that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has fallen into a coma after suffering a brain haemorrhage.

The claims further allege that the North Korean leader was rushed to China for emergency medical treatment following the reported medical crisis.

However, the allegations remain unverified, and no reliable official confirmation has been provided in the report to establish the leader’s current condition.

Kim Jong-un’s health has long been a subject of international speculation due to the secrecy surrounding North Korea’s leadership.

🌍 Is this a genuine medical emergency or another wave of unsubstantiated rumours?

When Kim Jong Il died in December 2011, North Korea declared 11 days of mandatory mourning. It wasn’t enough to pay one’s respects: the entire country had to appear devastated.

Millions of people lined up in squares and in front of bronze statues, where state broadcasts showed crowds screaming and crying uncontrollably. During the final funeral procession, attendees were forbidden from wearing gloves, hats, or scarves, so those watching them could easily verify their tears.

Everything else was put on hold: entertainment, alcohol, leisure, and even grocery shopping. And there’s a detail that makes it even more disturbing: those who lost a family member during those days were not allowed to cry out loud for their own deceased loved one.

According to reports by Daily NK, showing little grief was treated as a serious political crime. Neighbors and the secret police monitored mourning sessions, and those who didn’t attend or seemed insufficiently grief-stricken risked at least six months in labor camps or a humiliating public self-criticism session. The reports add that openly showing disrespect or breaking the bans could lead to execution or the exile of entire families to remote provinces. #NorthKorea

North Korea Hardens Stance Against Israel
North Korea continues to draw a firm line by refusing to recognize Israel as a legitimate nation. Leader Kim Jong Un has described it as a US-backed terrõr project and an instrument of American power in the Middle East rather than a real country.
Pyongyang has maintained this position for decades, viewing Israel as an imperialist satellite state. It instead recognizes Palestine as the sole legitimate authority over the historic territories and has repeatedly condemned Israeli actions while expressing support for Palestinian causes.
This hardline approach fits North Korea’s broader anti-imperialist foreign policy and its pattern of sharp criticism toward the United States and its allies. No diplomatic relations exist between the two countries, and state media regularly frames the conflict in strongly critical terms. #NorthKorea #Israel

Two North Korean soldiers captured fighting for Russia have been quietly moved to the one country that counts them as its own citizens and the handover was supposed to stay secret.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told the UN General Assembly on Wednesday that Ukraine had "recently" sent two North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea. He gave no date and no details of how the transfer was carried out.

Ukrainian forces captured the pair in Russia's Kursk region in January 2025. They were the first North Korean troops taken alive since Pyongyang joined Russia's war. Zelensky said such soldiers are extremely hard to capture alive, and that one of the two tried to kill himself when he realised he was about to be taken.

At the time, Zelensky offered to hand the men to Kim Jong Un in exchange for Ukrainian prisoners held in Russia. Human rights groups warned the soldiers would face punishment if returned. Reports from late 2025 said the two, who initially turned down asylum in the South, had changed their minds and wanted to start a new life there.

Seoul treats North Koreans as its citizens under its constitution and said in June it would accept any North Korean POW who refused to go back. The South Korean government said it respects the prisoners' wishes and had consulted Kyiv, but declined to confirm the transfer, citing the safety of the men and their families. Opposition lawmaker Yu Yong-weon said the two arrived safely "a few days ago". They are expected to be questioned by South Korea's intelligence service for weeks or months before long-term protection is arranged.

South Korean President Lee Jae Myung called Zelensky's disclosure "deeply regrettable", saying it broke an agreement to keep the matter confidential given the security stakes on the Korean Peninsula.

Zelensky also used the case to condemn Pyongyang's role in the war, accusing Kim of trading his soldiers to Moscow "like currency" and warning that North Korea is gaining missile and drone capabilities from the partnership.

Should Zelensky have kept the transfer secret as agreed, or did the world have a right to know?
