Wajir Women Rep Jehow Met with 'One Term' Chants in Bute

During her first visit to Wajir North since her 2022 election win, Women Representative Fatuma Abdi Jehow faced strong disapproval from locals frustrated by her limited presence in the area.

Elected with 36,064 votes as an ODM politician, she manages county-wide women's empowerment funds but has focused public activities on other parts of Wajir, like Habaswein and Wajir Town.
