Jungkook (BTS) surpasses Michael Jackson and Drake on social media

BTS star Jungkook is dominating social media once again, topping the list of singers most mentioned on X during the first seven months of 2026.

According to statistics attributed to the World Music Awards, Jungkook recorded more than 2.6 million mentions between January 1 and July 31, putting him ahead of global icons including Michael Jackson (2.4M), Drake (2.1M), Bad Bunny (1.7M), Justin Bieber (1.5M), The Weeknd (1.2M), Bruno Mars (1.1M) and Harry Styles (1M).

The achievement comes as Jungkook returns to activities with BTS following his military service.
