The USA wants Elvis Omari Obaigwa, Francis Mobisa Asanyo, Peter Omari, Linus Karani, Bernard Morara Osoro, and Godfrey Julius Mbogori over accusations of running business email compromise scams that diverted millions of dollars from The U.S. government agencies and academic institutions.
