-Family trusts (assets locked outside personal ownership so courts can't touch them in divorce)
- Prenups (pre-agreed "who gets what")
- Strict family governance rules to firewall generational wealth.
Yes, some people genuinely marry for money, that fear is real.
But if you truly love someone enough to marry them, why build these cold legal walls? Doesn't that quietly scream, "I love you... but I don't fully trust you with our future"?
Is this smart protection of legacy, or the slow death of vulnerability, the very thing that makes love real?
