Njuri Ncheke Elders Crown Kindiki as Mt. Kenya Kingpin

On August 7, 2026, the Njuri Ncheke supreme council of Meru elders met with Kindiki at their sacred shrine in Nchiru, Meru County, formally endorsing him as the Mt. Kenya kingpin and declaring it Mt. Kenya West’s turn to back their son.
